Is there an BohoBliss physical store?
BOHOBLISS is exclusively an online fashion destination, as we do not operate any physical stores. We are dedicated to providing a seamless shopping experience through our e-commerce platform. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
How do I sign up/subscribe?

How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our collection and add your favorite items to your shopping cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete your purchase.

How long will it take to get my orders?
We process orders within 1-3 days, and it will take anywhere from 5 to 8 business days for your order to arrive. We provide a tracking number for all shipments.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link. Use this link to track your order's progress.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more details.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
We are so sorry to hear you have received a faulty or incorrect item.
If you receive a defective/incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 5 days of receiving your order, with a description and photos of the defect/incorrect item and your order number so we can assess this for you immediately and provide next steps.
Please note, if you return a faulty order without contacting us, no refund will be made.
How do I use a promo code?
You can enter your promo code at checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to your total if the promo code is valid.
Can I cancel my order?
To cancel or change an order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled or changed.
